Terms of use — summary
By using our site and services you agree to our terms. Services are provided under contract and subject to applicable New Zealand law. We reserve the right to modify content, suspend accounts, or refuse service where lawful.

New Zealand Consumer Law (ACL) notice
Our services are supplied in New Zealand and, where you are a consumer entitled to protections under the New Zealand Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), certain guarantees apply. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit those guarantees where they cannot be lawfully excluded.
For consumers, liability for failure to comply with guarantees is limited to remedies permitted by the ACL, including replacement, repair or refund as applicable. For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited under the terms of the client agreement.
Frequently asked legal questions
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Except where law implies conditions that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the supply of services again or refund of fees paid.
Client deliverables are licensed on terms set out in each agreement. Pre-existing IP of either party remains the property of that party. Permitted client use is granted once agreed fees have been paid unless otherwise stated.
We may update these notices from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.

If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, parties agree to attempt mediation prior to commencing formal legal proceedings, unless urgent relief is required. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, New Zealand.
